Please ensure that you select the relevant subject from the drop-down box on the feedback form, so that we can direct your comments to the correct department. We will aim to respond to your comments as soon as possible, although please allow up to 28 days for a response.

Please note, if you have not yet travelled and have more of a general enquiry about your cruise booking, please contact our Guest Services Team rather than completing the online form, as we can probably answer your query much quicker that way.
