The cards are available in set denominations of £20, £25, £50, £100, £250 and £500, and can be put towards full or part payment for an Ambassador cruise booked within 12 months of the issue date, including deposits and balance payments.  Please note that they cannot be used for purchasing goods on Ambience or Ambition, as we already have onboard credit vouchers that can be purchased separately, nor can they be exchanged for cash or travel money-related products, including currency.

The value shown on this voucher can be applied to any new booking, including deposit and current booking balances. The voucher cannot be used towards onboard credit; we have other onboard credit vouchers that can be purchased separately. The voucher can only be redeemed directly with Ambassador Cruise Line over the telephone; it cannot be used online. It cannot be used through any other third-party travel operator or travel agent selling Ambassador Cruise Line. The voucher can’t be used as payment or exchanged for travel money-related products, including currency. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or to buy another voucher; however, should there be an outstanding balance due, it will be issued back in the form of another gift voucher under the same terms and conditions within 14 days. The voucher must be treated as cash, and the balance can’t be refunded if it’s lost, stolen, or destroyed. The voucher is valid to use for or on a cruise that is booked within 12 months of the issue date. All vouchers are non-refundable.
